This strap consists of 3 piece, the main strap, shoulder pad and the tail strap, easy to assemble.
Just make the main strap go through the holes of the shoulder pad, then hook the tail strap onto the main strap.
It is made of genuine thick layered leather, is flexible to maintain its shape and durable to protect the strap from tearing away.
It is SOFT and comfortable to use. It doesn’t like the kind of stiff leather strap that takes time to “break-in” with use.
There is a hoop in the tail strap to tuck in the leftover tail in case of it flipping around to hinder you playing guitar.
The front side is made of dark brown plain leather with slight gloss finish to look classy.
The under side is rougher, which helps to keep guitar from slipping off your shoulder.
The main strap and tail strap are 2.5 cm wide * 0.4 cm thick and the shoulder pad is 28.5cm long * 5.5 cm wide * 0.8 cm thick with foam padding.
The under side of shoulder pad to touch your shoulder is made of more softer goat skin leather for your comfortable playing experience.
This design spreads the weight of your guitar while you do not feel bulky across your shoulder and back.
It allows you to move freely when you play your guitar or bass standing, especially for long gigs.
Metal buckle is extremely sturdy to adjust its length from 110 cm to 155 cm to suit different people.
The strap is well stitched to prevent the holes from stretching out. The strap ends have the right thickness to use the strap locks.
Please be noted that the 3 pin holes are a little tight, so your guitar won’t slip out of the strap to provide long-lasting security for your guitar.
Notes:
(1) It is natural to have some leather particles falling off on the under side of the strap. It will be good after a while use.
(2) It is made of real leather and packed in a sealed package, so it might smell a little. We suggest you to leave it in open air for 3-5 days after you receive it, so that the smell will go away.
